Stroke Services - Have your say

Across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) and with partners in Powys, Wales, organisations have been working together to consider the sustainability of stroke services.

They want to hear from a wide range of people, not just those who have had a stroke themselves or know someone who has. Before people complete the survey, they will need to spend time familiarising themselves with the Stroke Issues Paper or narrated presentation.
