What are the reasons for missed hospital appointments?
We are working with Wye Valley Trust to understand why so many patients miss their appointments and are therefore recorded as a DNA (Did Not Attend).
We'd like to hear from people who have recently missed an appointment.
- Did you miss it as a result of transport issues or work commitments?
- Did miscommunication mean that you weren't aware of your appointment?
By identifying and understanding some of the key reasons, we will be able to provide valuable feedback to Wye Valley Trust with a view to helping to reduce the number of missed appointments.
