Over 33 million women in the UK will at some stage in their life experience menopause. Tell us about your experiences and help us improve services.

We want to hear from women in Herefordshire who are currently navigating their way through menopause. Your lived experiences, opinions and views are vital in helping NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire determine how best to support women experiencing menopause.
