We published 4 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services, set up the Herefordshire Community Partnership, gained a reach of 252,900 across social media channels, and provided 188 people with information and advice.
About us
Healthwatch Herefordshire is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services in Herefordshire.
We are here to find out what matters to people, and help make sure their views shape the support they need. We also help people find the information they need about local services.

Our Year in Numbers
- 188 residents came to us for clear advice and information on topics such as Covid-19, dentistry, GP Access and mental health.
- 35 people used our Feedback Centre to share their experiences of health and social care services.
- We published 4 reports with recommendations about Sexual Health, Increasing Diversity, Planning for Future Care and Dental Services.
