Outpatient Service Engagement

In collaboration with the Outpatient Transformation Team at Wye Valley Trust, we took part in an exercise to ask patients about their experiences of outpatient services.
  • Engagement took place between May and September 2022 and based on a questionnaire co-designed by Wye Valley Trust
  • 121 people completed surveys 
  • 24 people commented on social media
  • Keys finding centred on appointment communication, finding appointment rooms, waiting areas, delays, and managing different health conditions
