Welcome to this year's Annual Report for 2023-2024 which provides an overview of our work and highlights some of our key projects and the impact of our work over the past year.
  • We published 6 reports about the improvement people would like to see in health and care.
  • 978 people shared their experiences of health and social care with us helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
  • 260 people came to us for clear advice and information about health related topics. 
  • We reached 134,463 people on social media

Healthwatch Herefordshire is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services in Herefordshire.

We are here to find out what matters to people, and help make sure their views shape the support they need. We also help people find the information they need about local services.
